I don't dread Mondays—I look forward to them. ELGi was my first job switch, and I've never regretted joining this exceptional organization.
I began my journey at ELGi in the last week of January 2025 as part of the Academy Team under the Sales Transformation division in the East Region. Back then, I felt like a traveller navigating unfamiliar terrain. But with the mentorship of a seasoned leadership team, I quickly adapted. Within weeks, I began to thrive in this dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Learning to Thrive Through Change
Fast forward four months—today, I read and interpret data stories with confidence. Driving alignment across diverse stakeholders and facilitating decision-making has become second nature. Our team's work enables the sales force to respond strategically to market challenges, and being a part of that support system has been incredibly fulfilling.
The flavour of success lies not just in big wins but in adapting to daily changes, prioritizing tasks wisely, and solving problems collaboratively. Some of the best moments of my day are when I help remove roadblocks for sales teams—when I see confusion give way to clarity, and alignment replaces chaos.
ELGi’s Influence on My Personal Growth
Before joining ELGi, I often found myself reacting to life rather than designing it. The idea of personal growth or building positive habits felt abstract—too big to begin.
But something shifted at ELGi. The frameworks, planning, and structure I applied professionally slowly made their way into my personal life. One spark of inspiration was all it took to light the fire within me.
That realization led me to create a "Personal Growth Sheet" on a Sunday morning—an Excel tracker that listed my immediate and long-term goals, broken down into daily tasks. Whether it's fixing my sleep cycle, reading books, playing chess, working out, or reading business news, I now end each day with a sense of fulfilment.
It's a journey of rewiring—from chasing quick rewards to embracing patience and purpose.

Being the youngest member of my team, I was pleasantly surprised by ELGi's warm, professional, and highly collaborative culture. What might seem ordinary—a welcoming workplace—is rare for many young professionals today.
One unique and admirable aspect of ELGi is its long-standing employee tenure. Many of my seniors—and their managers—have spent decades here, with some retiring after fulfilling careers. In an age where job-hopping is common, that kind of loyalty speaks volumes about the culture and employee satisfaction at ELGi.
My reporting manager is not just approachable and kind but also deeply knowledgeable about the market and our products. Every interaction is a learning opportunity, and the open-door culture ensures that no challenge feels isolating.
