Senhorita Gabriela Franco, from the team in Brazil, shares her transformative experience of learning and growing with her colleagues.
For Gabriela, she enjoys a challenge – a chance to overcome fears & strive for success, and while she keeps herself busy with everyday tasks, she also goes beyond her regular work, to participate in social awareness campaigns, and team bonding activities to keep the team enthusiastic & motivated!
At ELGi, Gabriela has collaborated on campaigns around Yellow September around suicide prevention, Pink October around Breast Cancer awareness, and Blue November around diabetes advocacy, that foster inclusivity and holistic health consciousness.
She also got the whole team involved in birthday celebrations to celebrate special days of team members. Gabriela strongly feels that this has nurtured the bonding among employees, making work exciting with something new to look forward to, everyday.
