My journey with ELGi began in 2011 when I joined the Customer Care team. From day one, I was able to witness how strongly the organisation focuses on delivering value to customers and building long-term relationships. Over the years, this environment has helped me learn, develop new skills, and understand what it truly takes to support a global customer base.

ELGi has always been a place that encourages growth and continuous learning. With the proper guidance and support, I had the opportunity to work across different functions—from customer care to handling aftermarket operations for the Railway segment. This exposure provided me with a broader understanding of our products, operations, and the impact we create across various industries.
Each role has strengthened my technical knowledge and problem-solving ability while also reinforcing the importance of teamwork, accountability, and customer satisfaction.

The past few years have brought significant challenges for industries worldwide, including supply chain disruptions, economic uncertainty, shifting customer expectations, and the ongoing need to adapt to new technologies. But through every phase, what stood out was ELGi's strong foundation, customer focus, and ability to adapt. Working with various teams, I have seen how collaboration, ownership, and adaptability drive results — even during periods of market volatility, operational hurdles, or resource constraints.
