At ELGi, we always aim to provide an exceptionally motivating environment to bring out the best in every employee. To strengthen this aspiration further, we recently, put together a customised AICTE approved 2-year M. Tech program for our engineers. Through this, we look forward to further polish their technical skills and performance to further boost their confidence of completing the Conquer K2 goal.
To bring this one-of-its-kind curriculum to action, we collaborated with Amrita University, Coimbatore. It tops the list in terms of International faculty across India by Quacquarelli Symonds (2015 & 2016) and is among the top 14 universities in India according to NIRF, MHRD (Govt. of India). This customised course is a blend of engineering with a specific focus on compressor technology. Through the four semesters, candidates would learn the core basics of engineering while specialising in design, manufacturing, industrial engineering and electronic & electrical engineering. We believe that the program will give candidates an opportunity to interact with industry experts and enhance their knowledge as well as their skill.
Moreover, with bi-weekly classes on Fridays and Saturdays, employees can strike the right balance between work and study. In absolute support of their education, they will also receive an additional 5-day study leave before every examination.
On completion of the course, candidates would not just receive a M. Tech degree from a renowned university, but also turn into highly knowledgeable leaders.
